How many people on your tours?
Our tours accommodate up to 24 people.
What is your cancellation policy?
We allow cancellation with a full refund only within 48 hours of booking and paying for your tickets. However, no refunds at all are possible within 14 days of the tour. For our full cancellation and refund policy, see our T&Cs.
Do your tours run in bad weather?
Our tours run rain, hail or shine. While we would love to guarantee everyone a beautiful sunny day, a little rain now and then is unavoidable...this is England after all! On rainy days, we will do our best to keep you warm and dry.
What food/drink is included on the tours?
You will be offered tasting samples of at least three different drinks at each of the winery, brewery and distillery stops. The lunch will consist of two courses with a drink and additional food or drink can be purchased directly from the gastropub. There will also be water available on the vehicle and at each of the stops.
Do you cater for vegetarians or other dietary needs?
The gastropub we visit caters for a wide range of dietary needs. Please make us aware of any requirements at the time of booking.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
You may bring your own snacks, soft drinks or water, but these cannot be consumed on the vehicle. We do not permit BYO alcohol on our tours.
Do you offer any concessions or group discounts?
Our ticket prices are set and there isn’t any scope for discounts or concessions. However, we hope you will find our ticket price to be great value for money!
Can you pick me up from my home/hotel?
We do not offer any alternative pickup locations to the one set for your tour. These have been chosen as they are easily accessible for just about everyone. If you need any advice on making your way to the pickup location feel free to contact us.
Can I bring my luggage?
Luggage space on our vehicles is limited, therefore we ask that if you need to bring luggage it must be small enough to fit at your feet or below your seat. If you think you may need to bring larger luggage, please contact us at least a week ahead of your tour to let us know.
Are there toilets on the vehicle?
We do not have toilet facilities on the vehicle and we do not have opportunity to make unexpected toilet stops. Each of our scheduled stops throughout the day have toilet facilities so please make use of these when you have the opportunity.
Do you cater for wheelchairs?
We will always do our best to make our tours as accessible as possible for wheelchair users. This requires us to undertake some extra preparation in advance of the tour so we ask that you contact us in before booking your tour if you or one of your guests will need to use a wheelchair on the tour so that we can check vehicle availability.
Can I use part of a Gift Voucher value?
Yes, you can use a gift voucher to purchase tickets that cost less than the total value of your gift voucher. Currently, this cannot be done through our website so we ask that you contact us and we will process your order manually. The remaining value of your gift voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date you first used your gift voucher.
