PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION

Tickets for our tours cannot be reserved and are only confirmed once full payment is received by us.

It is preferable that all payments are made through our website, however PayPal and BACS payments are also accepted. Please contact us if you wish to pay by these methods.

Once your payment has been received and your booking accepted you will receive a confirmation email. We accept no responsibility for failure to send the confirmation email in the case where you have provided us with an incorrect email address or your email inbox is unable to receive our confirmation email. You can call or email us to request that your confirmation email is sent again.

All bookings are final. It is your responsibility to check your confirmation email to ensure you have booked the correct date and tour.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

It is your responsibility to meet the tour at the arranged collection point prior to the advertised departure time. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for ‘latecomers’. If you miss the departure you can rejoin the tour at any point throughout the day. Please contact the tour leader on the number provided in your confirmation email to arrange the best place to meet. We accept no responsibility for expenses incurred rejoining the tour, nor do we offer any refund or tasting samples that you have missed.

In advance of your tour you must inform us in writing if you have any food allergies or any medical conditions that require our attention. We always do our best to accommodate your food allergies, however we are not responsible for food or drink allergic reactions due to your own negligence.

You are responsible for your own safety. We will be visiting controlled working environments. You should be mindful of your personal safety and adhere to any health and safety procedures as instructed by the tour leader or venue staff.

Your possessions can be securely stored on the vehicle for the duration of the tour, however these will be left at your own risk and we will not be responsible for their safety.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by you to any one of our suppliers, including to the vineyard, brewery, distillery, gastropub and the tour vehicle. Full payment for any damage or loss must be made directly to the suppliers on the day of the tour. If you fail to pay for any damage or loss that you caused, you will be liable for meeting any claims and legal costs made against us because of your actions.

We practice responsible service of alcohol according to UK law. Due to the nature of our tours we accept booking for over 18’s only. If you wish to enquire about booking a ticket for someone under 18 you must contact us in advance. Anyone under 18 cannot take part in alcohol tastings. We operate a Challenge 21 policy. The tour leader may ask to see valid photo identification for anyone who looks under 21 years old. Please do not take offence. If you have paid for a ticket but cannot produce valid photo identification you cannot take part in alcohol tastings and no refund will be given.

Any individual may be refused service of alcohol or asked to leave the tour if they are considered, by the tour leader, to be excessively intoxicated or causing a nuisance to other ticketholders. No refund will be given.

You must abide by UK law while on our tour. Any individual who fails to do so may be refused service of alcohol or asked to leave the tour. No refund will be given.

It is the tour leader’s decision to refuse service or cancel a ticket and their decision is final. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred for those asked to leave the tour.

No BYO alcohol is permitted on the tour. You may bring snacks, however these must not be consumed whilst in the vehicle.

No smoking other than in designated smoking areas.
